Online Sales

Unfortunately, due to operational reasons we cannot offer online sales at this time. Our box office hours are Monday through Friday, 12-3 pm. On days we have performances, we are also open from 5-8:30 pm Monday through Friday and on Saturdays from 12-8:30. Please call 250-721-8000.

We realize that our box office hours are very limited and that they don’t always work for all of our patrons. Please fill out the form below and request a call-back from our box office at a time that suits you best. Please note that requests sent after 4 pm on Fridays might not be returned until Monday.

*The box office is closed on all statutory and university holidays unless there is a performance.

Box Office closure for winter break

The box office will close as of Tuesday, November 28. Call-back requests submitted after November 27 will be returned starting January 3.
