Brief Biography

Adrienne Holierhoek is a communications professional with over 20 years of experience in Victoria's arts community. She has a BA Honours in Visual Art from the University of Western Ontario and a graduate Certificate in Public Relations as well as courses in Cultural Resource Management program from the University of Victoria.

Prior to joining the Department of Theatre, Adrienne held the positions of Director of Communications for the Art Gallery of Greater Victoria, Marketing and Promotions Director for the University of Victoria Students’ Society, Marketing and Public Relations as well as Box Office Coordinator for the Victoria Symphony Society, and Curator of the Murney Tower Museum in Kingston, Ontario.

Adrienne is responsible for all marketing and commnications for the Department of Theatre and Phoenix Theatre's mainstage productions, as well as fundraising and student recruitment. She also provides students with practical instruction in arts communications.
