Please stay on top of your student email in the weeks ahead. There will be a second follow-up email (you should have received one already) from the office this week that further clarifies process. For now please note:

1.      The files should be named with students’ V#s for anonymity

2.      Links should be sent to music@uvic.ca

3.      The file type can be whatever they want – it is preferred that you upload to YouTube and just send the link, so that they’re not dealing with huge files in the email inbox.

4.      Instrumentalists should send audio only recordings

5.      Deadline is Aug 31
