Student Contact Information

Students are responsible for keeping their contact information updated on their UVic My page portal, including email, mailing address, and phone number. You will need your Netlink-ID to access this portal.

Email

The School of Music uses email as a means of communication with students. While the university will assign all students an official email address, the School of Music will use the preferred email address specified in your My page personal profile for communication.

Notice Boards & Mailboxes

There are several notice boards throughout the MacLaurin B-Wing. Check boards frequently for important information regarding meetings, academic announcements, auditions, concerts, and events.

The large ensemble notice board (adjacent to the School of Music’s Library – Mac B019) and student mailboxes are located downstairs in the Music building. Check both frequently throughout the school year for ensemble lists (posted prior to rehearsals) and general announcements.
