Welcome Package pick-up (New students)

Practice room key, locker assignment and lock pick-up for new students.

Practice room keys are issued to BMus (all) and MMus (Performance) students. Other students may request a key by emailing music@uvic.ca, subject to enrolment.

A one-time, refundable deposit of $35 (cash or card) is required for practice room keys.
A one-time, non-refundable payment of $35 (cash or card) is required for the purchase of a masterlock.

Graduate Student Orientation

Information session for all new and returning graduate students.

Fine Arts Orientation

The Dean of Fine Arts invites all first-year & new transfer students in all five units to attend a short introduction & overview of the Faculty, including tips from Fine Arts Academic Advising, Co-op + Careers and the Libraries. Students will then break into groups for short, peer-led departmental orientation sessions and facility tours, plus a brief orientation in our computer labs.
