UVic Wind Symphony: Finale

Dr. Gerald King has conducted the UVic Wind Symphony for the past 29 years. This will be his final concert as maestro with the ensemble — recognized as one of the premiere performing wind ensembles in the Pacific Northwest — before his retirement.
The program for this special concert includes works significant to both the Wind Symphony and Dr. King over the past 30 years including: Lux Aurumque by Eric Whitacre, LOL by Robert Buckley, Airat Ichmouratov’s Fantasia on Klezmer Themes, A Movement for Rosa by Mark Camphouse, Gavorkna Fanfare by Jack Stamp, and more. Join us for what is sure to be a memorable evening!
