The UVic Concert Band proudly presents Wind Power, the second and final concert of its debut season! This vibrant program celebrates the energy, versatility, and expressive range of wind and percussion music, featuring an exciting array of works by John Williams, Grace Baugher, Ryan George, Alfred Reed, Robert Buckley, and Donald Coakley.

From the cinematic brilliance of John Williams to the imaginative energy of Ryan George and the rich sonorities of Alfred Reed, each piece offers a unique musical experience. Grace Baugher’s contemporary voice and the dynamic compositions of Canadian artists Robert Buckley and Donald Coakley bring additional diversity to this compelling repertoire.
