UVic Wind Symphony and Symphony Orchestra: (RE)START

UVic’s large ensembles kick off their 2021/22 season with an exciting double bill featuring the UVic Wind Symphony and UVic Symphony Orchestra (UViSO).

The Wind Symphony will perform works by Sally Greenaway, Gustav Holst, Kelijah Dunton, Michael Markowski, Alfred Reed and others. UViSO presents Samuel Taylor-Coleridge’s African Suite, a selection of movements from Prokofiev’s Lieutenant Kijé Suite and Mozart’s Symphony No. 40, K. 550.
