Clinic and Tour Requests

Thank you for your interest in having your group participate in a clinic or tour at the University of Victoria’s School of Music.

To request a clinic or tour, please complete the form below. A member of our administrative team will contact you by email or phone within 5-7 business days.

All clinics/tours will be confirmed by email notification and will include your campus visit date, time, location at the School of Music, applicable fees, and clinician contact information.

CLINICS:

Clinics run for 60-90 minutes and will be lead by either a School of Music instructor or student specializing in conducting, music education, or your specific ensemble/instrument(s).
If there is a particular instructor that you would like to request for your clinic, please let us know. We will try our best to accommodate your request.
Please note: As classroom and rehearsal space is in high demand during the academic year (Sept-April), not all requests can be accommodated. We will do our best to ensure a successful clinic or campus visit.

TOURS:

Tours of the School of Music run approximately 30 minutes and will be lead by a School of Music student, staff or faculty member.
Tours of the UVic campus can be requested here.
