Brief Biography

Sandra Guerreiro has a BFA from the University of Victoria, specializing in acting. After graduation she worked for the Greater Victoria Festival Society before joining the Theatre Department as a staff member in 1986. She also holds a certificate in Arts Administration from the Banff Centre for Management. Responsible for all areas related to the audience, from box office management to special events and reception, Sandra also instructs and supervises students in the box office and Front of House areas.

Most recently, she has been responsible for the state-of-the-art computerization of the box office and associated space renovations. In addition to being active on Department committees, Sandra is the Faculty of Fine Arts local representative of the Professional Employees Association.
