Hall & Room Bookings

For the most current schedule, please refer to the online calendar before submitting your room requests. Requests are administered on a first-come, first-served basis. Please allow 24 hours for us to process your online booking request. We will contact you ONLY if we are not able to complete your request.

Please ensure that you complete the form as fully as possible. Omitting important fields (name, date, etc) may cause problems when submitting your request.

Students:

• You may only request bookings two weeks in advance.
• Please note that there is a two-hour maximum per week, per room, for individual and ensemble bookings.
• Students preparing for a graduating recital may request additional room time at the discretion of the School of Music office and based on availability.
• Music Lounge (B115) is for the use of string ensembles only.
• B030 is for the use of students enrolled in the Combined Major in Music and Computer Science and for non-Music UVic students.
• B117 is restricted for faculty use.
